How do I find Doncaster Racecourse?

  • By road: The central location makes it easy to reach Doncaster Racecourse by motorway. Doncaster Racecourse boasts excellent links to the motorway network including M1(jnc 32), M18 (jncs 3/4), A1M (jnc 36) and the M62.
  • By rail: The racecourse is just two-and-a-half miles from Doncaster Interchange, which is positioned on the Kings Cross to Edinburgh (East Coast Main Line). Journey time by rail from London to Doncaster is approximately 90 minutes and from Doncaster to Edinburgh approximately three hours.
  • By air: Robin Hood Airport Doncaster Sheffield is less than seven miles from Doncaster Racecourse, serving selected European destinations. Also within easy reach are Manchester, Leeds Bradford and Nottingham East Midlands Airports.

What is the admission process?

Your hospitality admission badge will be sent to you approximately two weeks prior to your event. Your badge is required for entry into the racecourse and your hospitality facility. Please ensure you and your guests display your badge at all times during the race meeting.

What is the dress code?

The hospitality dress code is smart/casual, no torn jeans or sportswear allowed. At our feature race meetings, especially Ladies Evening, racegoers like to make the most of it and dress up for the occasion.

What dietary requirements are accommodated?

If you or any of your guests have any special dietary requirements e.g. food allergies, please call us on 01484 539 432 and we’ll be happy to arrange an alternative menu option.
